“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
God,
Thank You that You are greater than anything I faced yesterday or may face today. When the worries of my day and the “what if’s” of my future feel like they are crashing in on me, remind me of the truth that You never change and Your love and provision are always constant. In a world where it seems things are always changing it can be hard to find steady ground. Let this verse be my prayer on those days when I can’t seem to make sense of all that is changing around me. Steady me through these words and help me to find rest in who You are.
