For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Philip’s ministry journey was no accident. All along God had a plan for Philip’s life to serve and to teach others. Let’s seek God today in prayer as we lean into the plan He has for our individual lives.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for having a plan for my life. I ask you to help me have eyes to see the opportunities you put before me. Show me how and where to step in and serve and love others well. Fill me with your strength and your power and give me a heart of obedience to follow you wherever you lead. I know I may not always understand or even see the fruit of my actions, but help me to go anyway. It is my desire that my life become an example of the power of your love to change hearts, to heal, and to save. Amen.
