Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.
Pray: Lord, there are days when I get caught up in my own little world – what I have accomplished and produced by my intellect and my hard work. But today I offer all that up to You. All I have…including my intellect and my ability to work hard, are gifts from Your hand, and I apologize for the times I have so easily accepted the credit for the evidence of You at work in me and through me. Let there be only praise for what You have done that comes from me today. It is Your name that is to be praised…not mine. Amen.
