The Lord is my strength and my shield;

Pray: ’Elohei ma‘uzzi -God of my strength, You are my place of help. You are the refuge I seek when the world around me swirls and turns, and I cannot make sense of the chaos. You come to my rescue, guarding my heart within the enormity of Your love. You are my safe place. My security. My place of comfort. What a joy it is to know that I can always count on Your protection and Your strength to carry me through whatever I may face. Let that joy and assurance of Your love be evident in all I do and say today! Amen.
