Lord,
Let my heart be focused on You today. I run after so many things each day that seem important yet leave me feeling empty and drained. I fill myself up with things that do nothing but take up my time and deplete my energy. Help me to put those things aside and to run after you with all that I have. When I seek you, you fill me with peace and joy, love and contentment – energizing me and giving me strength. Help me to live right there, filling myself with more of you. Amen
