Day 20 – Boldness for Believers
So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
God our protector, we cling to Your back as You fight our battles. If You are for us, who can be against us? Give us a long memory. Help us remember the many times that You have interceded for us before we step out on our own. Give us wisdom. Help us know our weakness and dependence better than the mirage of self-reliance. We thank You for Your faithful protection and Your gentle patience for Your sons and daughters. Amen.
