Today’s Reading: John 13:34-35 NLT
So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.”
Lord,
As I go into this week, help me to catch a glimpse of your heart – to really see what matters to you. Help me to set aside my selfish desires and motives so that I can see the opportunities you put before me each day to express your love. Soften my heart and my mind and give me a desire to serve even when it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient. Fill me with joy to walk into all that you have for me this week.
