But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
Today’s verse doesn’t give us much of an option does it?! We are called to encourage each other daily…as long as it is called “Today.” …Last I checked, when we reach each new day – we call it “today”!
So, let’s put a little triple dog dare out there! I challenge you to encourage as many people as you can today…and then tomorrow…do it again! (Because tomorrow you’ll call the day “today”…see what I did there?) And then do it the next day…and the next…and the next!
I think you get the point. But think of the difference we could make in our surrounding communities if all of us made the choice daily to actually encourage everyone we could?! It could really change things – for the better! So let’s not just read the words today, but put them into action.
