I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.
Pray:
Lord,
As we continue to seek You in the book of Ephesians, open our eyes to see who You are. Help us to take that knowledge and allow it to change our hearts and shape us into who it is that You are calling us to be. Remind us that we are so loved by You and that we are set apart for Your glory – so that You might be made known in our words, our actions, our jobs, our families, and our communities. I love the imagery of flooding our hearts with light – so wash over us and fill us to overflowing with the hope that comes only from knowing You. Amen.
